Lindsey and Emma met through a product leadership group. One conversation led to another, and they realised they shared a passion for coaching. They teamed up to create a collective where they can coach fellow product professionals, founders and leadership teams, with a special passion to develop the next generation of product leaders, particularly those from under-represented groups.

    Lindsey has successfully led teams through times of great change, launched and grown category-leading software and hardware products in multiple categories and regions.

    She is an advisor to venture capital firms, startups and charitable organisations and a popular keynote speaker.

  • Emma is an accredited Executive coach. She also has 15 years of Product expertise in a wide-range of environments including B2B, B2C, and marketplaces in EdTech, FinTech, and Retail.

    She has successfully scaled businesses from Series A to pre-IPO and created high-performance teams in companies like Funding Circle, Naked Wines and Multiverse.

    Through her coaching and leadership, Emma consistently brings out the best in people, fostering a culture of psychological safety and driving results.

    She coaches Product Executives and teams, is a Fractional CPO, and is hired for advisory and speaking engagements.
