My story
Almost 20 years in tech
After studying Chemistry at Oxford, I found a career in tech. At 30 I became a product director in a male-dominated industry and fast-moving scale-up.
For the next 8 years I held executive product roles at Naked Wines, Octopus and Multiverse. I led through reorgs, acquisitions, platform rebuilds, and the kind of growth pressure that makes good teams turn on each other.
It was exciting, rewarding, and at times very lonely. What got me through was mentors, coaches and other product leaders.
In 2023, I left my VP Product role six months pregnant, with a toddler in tow, started this business and moved to Spain. Since then I've worked with 200+ product leaders across Series A scale-ups to FTSE 100s in fintechs, edtechs and AI-native businesses.

Life in Girona
Ambitious, but sustainable.
I moved to Spain from London with my partner and two small children. I split my time between coaching, parenting, the gym and the occasional Hyrox competition — plus half-heartedly trying to learn Spanish.
My goal — just like the leaders I work with — is to keep growing in a way that feels both ambitious and sustainable. You can have the career and the life. It just takes a different operating model.
