Do you work with procurement and L&D processes?
Yes. We provide a statement of work, work within existing vendor frameworks and produce the reporting your People or L&D team needs to track ROI.
Can you deliver in-person?
Yes. Emma is based in Spain but travels regularly to the UK and can build in-person sessions into any engagement. Most programmes are hybrid by default.
How do you measure impact?
We agree measurable outcomes at the start of every engagement, typically a combination of leader self-assessment, manager feedback and business metrics. We report against these at an agreed cadence.
Can you work alongside our existing L&D or HR team?
Yes, and it works best when we do. We bring product-specific depth that generalist L&D teams rarely have, without replacing the internal capability you have already built.
How quickly can you start?
From scoping call to proposal is typically one week. From signed proposal to first session is typically two to three weeks.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Everything discussed in the engagement is confidential. We operate as an extension of your leadership team, not an external vendor.
